Get started with Vuelly in four steps
1. Create an account or sign in
Open Sign in and continue with Google. The first time you do this, Vuelly creates your workspace. There is no separate sign-up form. Use a Google account you are allowed to use for the agency.
2. Add a client
A client is a brand you report on. In Vuelly, open Clients and add a name. You can also create the client in the next step, when you connect Klaviyo.
3. Connect Klaviyo
Open https://vuelly.com/install/klaviyo. That is the link Klaviyo uses when someone clicks Install. If you are not signed in, Vuelly sends you to sign in and brings you back.
Choose which client this Klaviyo account is for, or type a name to create one. Vuelly then opens Klaviyo’s approval screen. Approve read-only access. The scopes are accounts:read, campaigns:read, flows:read, metrics:read, lists:read, segments:read, events:read, and profiles:read.
Vuelly reads the account name, campaign and flow names, and totals such as opens, clicks, and revenue. A list is a profile count, not a list of people. Order events are used to count new and returning customers, lifecycle stages, and cohorts. Segment names and sizes, and a count of suppressed profiles, are stored as totals. Vuelly does not store email addresses or phone numbers, and it cannot send email or change anything in Klaviyo. An account connected before these extra read scopes were added keeps syncing campaigns and flows. Reconnect once from Sync or Settings to unlock orders, segments, and suppressed counts.
After you approve, you land on that client’s dashboard. You can connect the same way from the client’s Sync tab inside Vuelly.
4. View the dashboard
The client page shows campaigns, flows, opens, clicks, and revenue for the dates you pick. The portfolio overview lists every client in the workspace.
Optionally, connect Meta Ads from that client’s Sync tab to see ad results next to email. From the client page you can also share a read-only report link. Anyone with the link sees that client’s report. They cannot change accounts or connections.
Disconnect
Open Settings. In the Klaviyo section, choose Disconnect next to the client. That stops Vuelly reading the account. Reconnect is on the same row, and also on the client’s Sync tab.
